We provide digital license keys for software. All products are delivered electronically. We guarantee that our keys are valid at the time of purchase. However, due to the nature of third-party software, we cannot guarantee lifetime operation if the software developer changes their security measures or policies.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products (license keys), refunds are generally not provided once the key has been viewed or redeemed. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases where:

• The key provided is invalid or non-functional upon delivery.
• The product is out of stock after payment.

4. Reselling & Distribution

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.

Midnight Software is not responsible for any bans or suspensions of your accounts. Use our software at your own risk. We strongly recommend testing on alternative accounts before using main accounts.
